Returns, Replacements and Refunds

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 31 days after delivery.

For non-defective returns, products must be new, unused, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for non-defective returns.

JewelryBund will properly QC and handle the packages transferred to shipping carriers to avoid possible squeezing and crash, however, damages still occasionally occurred during the shipment. So we strongly suggest customers carefully check the parcels' contents before signing for the parcel. If you do notice potential damages after the receipt, please follow the following guideline for return or replacement of damaged or defective items,

1) Please send us photo evidence of the damaged items via email within 3 business days after the parcel receipt.

2) Please provide your order number and transaction number and the quantity of the damaged items.

3) All return requests must be submitted for consideration within 31 days after delivery, or no return will be accepted. Returns are accepted by mail only. Please only return the items by mail to the supplied return address after receiving approval from our corresponding department.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, exchange or refund to the original payment method (Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days after the returned items have been received and inspected), please contact us so that we can review your case and provide the appropriate solution.

Cancelling Orders (Before delivery)  

Order cancellation must be requested within 10 hours of purchase. For cancellation requests made after 10 hours, a 30% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Due to Custom Clearance Issues

If an order is returned because of customs clearance issues in the buyer's country, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable return handling costs. For some shipping carriers, such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS, return shipping costs may be significantly higher than the original shipping cost because discounted rates may apply to the original shipment but not to the return shipment. We strongly recommend that customers consult their local customs authorities regarding applicable import and customs requirements before placing an order.
